Our Story

Founded by ex-England International footballer, Glen Johnson, BePodium is a brand-new sports and entertainment platform, with two objectives:

• Help athletes to get closer to fans, share stories and have some fun; free from the negativity that so often comes with social media.
• Help fans to get closer to athletes and be rewarded with unique opportunities and experiences.

After talking to some great sports people, fantastic sports producers, brilliant writers and passionate fans, we found four things to be true:​

• Stories create connection, understanding and inspiration.
• Strong communities are united by strong values. ​
• We all aspire to be part of something bigger than ourselves, to do some good in the world.

So, we recruited some iconic stars, built a world class platform and started a value-led community, where everyone feels safe to express themselves, free of abuse.
